Membership starts upon payment of the annual membership fee. Payment of the membership fee entitles the member to membership and receipt of the Dutch 'Karakter’ magazine for 1 year.
Subscription begins upon payment of the annual subscription fee. Payment of the subscription fee entitles the subscriber to receive the Dutch magazine 'Karakter' for 1 year.
Subscription or membership fees are due by the due date to the account number listed below. If within two weeks of your request, you cancel membership or subscription via email to the email address below, it will expire without charge.
These General Terms and Conditions and all agreements and invoices between our association and the customer are governed exclusively by Belgian law. The courts of the district of the registered office where the association has its registered office are competent for any dispute regarding the validity, establishment, interpretation, execution and dissolution of the agreement(s) between our association and the customer, without prejudice to our association's right to designate another competent court.
